Once we review your request, we will determine if a replacement or refund is applicable. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our end.
If your package is lost or delayed due to the courier, please check your tracking details and contact the shipping provider directly. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
